Fence foreman & Installers

A well-established Fence Company that provides services for both residential and commercial customers is hiring a Fence Foreman and Installers/laborers. We pride ourselves in providing the best possible service to our clients as well as an exciting and productive atmosphere for our employees. We offer competitive wages with opportunity for overtime. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who is interested in a long-term position with our company.   Foreman Qualifications:

  • A valid driver’s license and their own reliable transportation.
  • 3+ years of fence installation experience (experience as a foreman is a plus).
  • Experience in all phases of Fence installation.
  • Ability to work with estimator to order materials necessary for jobs.
  • Ability to efficiently direct a crew of men while also helping with installations.
  • Exceptional communication skills in order to communicate with the customer and ensure that both the installation and the process in its entirety has met their expectations.
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs
  • Organized and capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing your daily work schedule
  • Ability to resolve unexpected issues that may arise on the job site.
  • Good work ethic, and very self-motivated.
  • Ability to maintain a friendly, calm and positive attitude at all times even if encountering a difficult or hostile situation with any individual.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures; adhere to company standards and safety program to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

  Installer/ Laborer Qualifications:
